NANO patch-clamp device (Application for additional funding)
Abstract
With the present application, we want to ask for an additional support of 15 kCHF for further execution of the project 4645.2 (Nano-patch clamp device). This possibility was discussed during the half year review meeting end of January 2001 at EPFL.
We are now almost ready to test our device in a biological laboratory and would like to ask for support for having experiments done in such environment. I think of laboratories at the University of Lausanne and at EPFL, with which we have contacts. For this purpose, for the rest of the feasibility study, a maximum amount of 15 kCHF looks sufficient to me as a participation in the costs invoked by such experiments.
