Nano grain thick-film pastes for mechanical Sensor applications
Abstract
The development of a new functional paste for screen-printed piezoresistive resistors for a wide range of applications in sensor technology will be made. A multidisciplinary team of chemists, material scientists, physicists and engineers are working on nanosized powders, paste preparation and sensor test structures with qualification. The commercial impact of improved thick film sensors is more than 20 Mio SFr after successful achievement of the project objectives.
