Surface inspection system for industrial applications
Abstract
The original project aims at developing a new generation of surface inspection systems with a new resolution/stroke
range and suited for industrial use.
Furthermore, the present supplement focuses on two aspects:
· the development of a general computation and electronics platform for controlling flexible structures used for
positioning with nanometer precision
· the absolute calibration of the new capacitive sensor developed for the surface inspection system
