Das Innovationskomitee TOP NANO 21 soll Visionen erarbeiten und zu Innovationen anregen (TOP-Down-Ansatz). Es setzt sich aus Persönlichkeiten der Wirtschaft und der Wissenschaft zusammen und soll neue Perspektiven für die Forschung, die Entwicklung von Technologien als auch für Anwendungen aufzeigen.
