Determination of the intrinsic value of ideas and solutions

TEMAS has a method at its disposal, which enables an independent and neutral assessment of ideas and solutions. This method builds on a parameter field which is adjusted to the concrete task in the frame of a workshop involving experts from all relevant sectors of the enterprise. The parameter field comprises, among others, information regarding the technology in question, the market, the degree of fulfilment of requirements, involved partners, the enterprise's resources, attractiveness of solutions, and the environment of the enterprise.

Weighting of the individual parameters permits an optimization of the assessment. The team of experts assesses each parameter, and adjusts them among each other. The result is a broadly supported assessment as a fundament for the elaboration of decision-making bases.

The weighted parameter field is transferred into a two-dimensional portfolio depiction. This admits a neat classification and an objective comparison of the different ideas or proposals for technological solutions. The TEMAS portfolio is based on two pillars: firstly, the attractiveness is rated; secondly, the relevance regarding the possibilities of the enterprise is rated.
